Quality starts with the choice of translator

Our quality control process starts with the careful selection of in-house or freelance translators. We only employ translators with professional knowledge of relevant subject areas. All of our translators have several years of experience, have passed a translation test adapted to their subject areas and language combinations, and translate exclusively to their mother tongue.

With the aid of our language specialists who review all or parts of a translation, we are always on top of the quality of freelance assignments. The translation agencies we work with apply their own systems for review; Interverbum ensures the quality of their work by reviewing each agency on a regular basis.

We provide the translator with feedback on delivered translations, using a special process to that enables us to follow up on the quality delivered by individual translators and agencies.
